6-25-14: updated web page, deposited donation at bank

1-04-15: updated website with staff applications for 2015

1-08-15: made camper applications and began printing, next step is to post applications online

2-10-15: applications posted online, both staff and camper. Hard copy applications have been delivered to Celina, Moss, New Hope, Tompkinsville, Mt. Gilead, Oak Hill, Oak Grove. Still need to make sure Berea, Flippin, Northwest, and Greenville get some.

3-21-15: applications to Davis children, Robbie and James

3-22-15: mass email about organizational meeting, phone calls to announce

3-23-15: email correspondence with Bartley and Kelton about Greenville, mail Greenville apps now that I have address

3-25-15: mailed applications to Greenville, IDEA: get somebody to donate truck (Gene Goode?) or use Tompkinsville church bus to transport materials to camp, Connie McHenry staff application for Craft coordinator

2-27-14: delivered camper applications to Tompkinsville church of Christ, updated website with working navigation bar, consult with John Osgatharp to write literature and speak at camp (thank you John!)

3-1-14: contacted Tennessee Bible College and had consult with David Hill about any Northeast youth or TBC students that might want to join us a camp, need to contact Ken Miller at Pine Branch about literature and his children getting signed-up, updated website with "wish list" for camp

3-2-14: corresponded with Celina church of Christ about participation - no volunteers yet but some campers may come

3-3-14: got Ken Miller from Pine Branch to agree to help with lesson literature, need to email him the info. - Thank you Ken! His children should be coming to camp.

3-4-14: sent John Osgatharp email about Jr. High class lessons for camp (need to send him template for format of lessons)

3-5-14: functional menu bar on website now up (yah! for CSS), next step is to start making pages for the links

3-7-14: created staff webpage and delivered hard copy applications to Oak Grove in Clay Co. Met with Neil Mathis about going to Bowling Green on Monday to confer with Mike Green, president of Big Reedy

3-11-14: added Neil Mathis as assistant director, added Joe Hammer as kitchen/canteen staff, updated staff page and wish list, sent message to Jody Meadows at Clementsville to advertise camp

3-12-14 took hardcopy of applications to Clementsville, Connie McHenry inquired about donation of over-the-counter medical supplies from Harrison Pharmacy, continued work on camp webpage and update of staff application, added Melinda Page to staff list as cabin counselor and kitchen assistant, (we need a head of kitchen to make menus and order stuff), added David Page as Canteen director and cabin counselor

3-14-14: gave application to Shirley Eversole to give to neighbor's child, added Betty Bartley to staff as counselor/scrapbook editor

3-31-14: okay, back into it - gave hard copy applications to Pleasant Hill, Oak Hill, & Pine Branch. Added Greenview church of Christ to participating congregations, visited Arnetts for camp, consulted with Kathleen Evans concerning scholarships to camp, call from Lewis Blythe - need to go to Rowland Insurance and check on health policy Tuesday

4-2-14: added Gene and Sharon Goode to staff list

4-3-14: added Brenda Sue Harlan to staff list, visited for prospective campers, need to go to Rowlands to fill out form for secondary accidental insurance (see Chad)

4-11-14: added Connie McHenry to staff list, visited camp site (lots of work to be done), visited with Mike Greene, thinking of April 27 for next organizational meeting, we need more women bible class teachers but the main thing is we need campers, worked on guide for Bible class lessons (teaching theme is "Bible Basic Training"), dress theme will be patriotic, need to post craft activites soon

4-22-14: delaying next organizational meeting till first Sunday in May due to 4th Sunday activities, Teresa Wilson has agreed to make meal menus for us for camp, need to contact Butler Co. about school meal program to help on grocery cost during camp week

4-26-14: added Neil Mathis to staff, are now receiving camp applications, need to get a work day scheduled to fix "chapel in the woods" at Big Reedy, representatives will be going out in May to assign congregations with donation items and to make our pitch for camp

6-2-14: work day was partial success since there is still much to be done, they were still working on it when we left from Mt. Gilead, teaching assignments are for Neil Mathis - basics of morality, John Osgatharp - basics of love, Ken Miller - basics of theology (meeting with him wednesday for details on assignment), Johnny Kelton - basics of Creation, Tim McHenry - basics of Worship

6-4-14: finished training for butler county meals program, paid insurance at Greenville Ins.,

6-11-14: camp cancelled till next year due to septic snafu, bummer
